Role Overview:

SERPTALE is looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team! As a WordPress Developer, you’ll work on developing and customizing websites, building themes, and ensuring everything runs smoothly for our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Website Development: Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites that are responsive, fast, and optimized for performance.
• Theme & Plugin Customization: Work with themes and plugins, making adjustments to meet specific client needs.
• Coding: Write clean, maintainable code in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance website functionality.
• Troubleshooting & Fixing Issues: Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure websites are running smoothly.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with designers, content creators, and project managers to bring ideas to life and create seamless user experiences.
• Optimize Performance: Ensure websites are optimized for speed, security, and search engine performance.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest WordPress updates, trends, and best practices to ensure your work is always top-notch.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, and customization.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, React) is a plus.
• Experience with website performance optimization and SEO best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git).
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
